Kevin Gillespie - Chairman
Kevin is a Chartered Accountant and an Associate of the Arbitrators and Mediators Institute of New Zealand. He has had a long career in the finance industry.
Brian Henry - Managing Director
Brian comes from a well established legal family. Graduating from Canterbury University in 1973. He was admitted as Barrister and Solicitor in the Auckland High Court in February 1975. He joined the law firm of Wilson Henry (now Hesketh Henry). In 1986 Brian commenced and to this day continues practice as a Barrister. Brian is responsible for all underlying asset management, legal compliance and the corporate structuring of the Funds. Brian is a Director of all the Funds. Email
Alan Goldman - Director
Alan was born in Durban, South Africa in 1955. Alan holds a BA. Honours degree from the University of Natal and a M.Phil. from the University of Cape Town. Alan started his working life as an analyst with the Management Analysis Center in Cape Town and has worked in Germany and Singapore before settling in New Zealand in January 1998. Alan is a Director of GHCM and GH Analytical Services Ltd where he conducts all research as the principal analyst to the funds. Email
